C-TOC raids net three guns, two arrests in May Pen operation

The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) says an intensive operation resulted in three firearm seizures and two arrests in the Oliver Gardens area of May Pen, Clarendon on Wednesday (January 4).

According to a preliminary report, two undisclosed locations were raided in operation led by detectives from the JCF’s Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigation Branch (C-TOC).

The operation formed part of a “targeted effort to clamp down on illegal firearms and criminal activities in the area”, the JCF statement indicated.

Identities of the apprehended suspects have not yet been released, as authorities assured much information would be shared with the general public in due course.
