Looks like Caitlin Clark’s season is officially a wrap. The WNBA’s biggest star isn’t coming back to the court this year after dealing with a lingering groin injury that just won’t let up.
Clark last played on July 15, tweaking her right groin in the final moments of a win over the Connecticut Sun. Since then, she’s been sidelined, and now, she’s confirmed she won’t suit up again until next season.
The Indiana Fever, still chasing a playoff spot, will have to finish the fight without its biggest weapon. No. 22 may be out, but she’ll definitely be watching.
