The High Commission of Canada in Jamaica will host more than 30 Canadian post-secondary institutions from November 2 to 3, 2022 for the annual EduCanada Fair. This is the first in-person edition of the fair since 2019. The popular EduCanada Fair offers Jamaican students, parents and guidance counsellors a wealth of information regarding the many exciting study opportunities in Canada.
“We are excited to be hosting our first major in-person education fair since 2019. We welcome Jamaican students interacting with the Canadian representatives at the various booths and exploring the education possibilities with some of the leading colleges and universities in Canada,” said Emina Tudakovic, Canada’s High Commissioner to Jamaica. “Canada is a safe, welcoming and multicultural society with world class cities and natural wonders. By choosing to study in Canada, students have access to a world class education experience.”

The College Fair takes place Wednesday, November 2, 2022 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Terra Nova Hotel in Kingston and on Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Montego Bay Convention Centre. All Fairs are open to the public during these hours and entry is free of charge.
Representatives from the Canadian High Commission will also be present at the Education Fair to provide additional information on scholarships, visa requirements and study options. The EduCanada tour will continue to Nassau, Bahamas from 16-18 November 2022.
