Cardi B making money moves to the UK with Whipshots

American Rapper Cardi B in partnership with Global Brands, has launched Whipshots, a vodka-infused whipped cream, in the UK market.

The drinks company, known for products such as VK, Hooch, and Franklin & Sons, has secured distribution rights for Whipshots across retail and hospitality sectors.

“United Kingdom!!! WHIP SHOTS IS COMIN TO YALL COUNTRY! Now you can put it on your teas, crumpets and the baked beans… or party with it in the back of the bus. love yalllll [sic],” Cardi posted on her X.com account after the announcement.

Available in seven flavours including, Pumpkin Spice, Vanilla and Mocha flavours, the 10 per cent alcohol whipped cream is a versatile option for cocktails, shots, coffees, and desserts. Whipshots have been marketed as shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration, offering added convenience.

First launched in the US in 2021, Whipshots has sold more than six million cans to date.

“This is a really exciting launch for the UK, as there is truly nothing like it available on the market currently,” said Global Brands marketing director Matt Bulcroft. “The combination of true category innovation, teamed with a highly engaged fanbase, plus the versatility of the product means it’s set to be the ultimate drink and dessert essential for 2025.”
