Caribbean Airlines announced on Tuesday (January 24) that it will be adding more flights from Jamaica to Trinidad and Tobago’s 2023 Carnival season from February 12 to February 26.
The new schedule now includes one more additional flight departing from Kingston on Sunday (February 12) at 10 am and returning on Sunday (February 26) at 1:40 pm.
There were also more flights to Trinidad from Barbados, Toronto, Canada, and Orlando, Florida.
According to the airline, the additional flights will be available between Trinidad and Tobago and several destinations, allowing for improved inter-regional travel and greater connectivity. The flights are now open for sale and can be booked through Caribbean Airlines’ website, mobile app, and reservations call centre, as well as through travel agents.
Carnival in Trinidad and Tobago, the largest carnival festival in the Caribbean, has been on hiatus due to restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and will be having its first staging since 2020.
