Caribbean Assurance Brokers (CAB), founded by Raymond Walker, hosted its ICHIP Symposium at the Pegasus Hotel in Kingston on Tuesday evening.
The International Comprehensive Health Insurance Programme (ICHIP) is a specialised international health insurance product created by CAB and distributed in Jamaica and the wider English-speaking Caribbean.
It is underwritten by Corsiam, an affiliate of Lloyd’s of London and administered by the Morgan White Group.
Corsiam is a newly established MGA underwriting a global portfolio of Accident and Health insurance and reinsurance. It is a cover holder at Lloyd’s and authorised to underwrite on behalf of The Fiedelis Partnership Syndicate.
Speaking at the ICHIP Symposium, CAB’s CEO Donna Brown said that this product is aimed at those who seek access to global medical care.

“It was conceived under the leadership of our founder, Chairman Raymond Walker. It expands access beyond borders and provides meaningful international protection for families across the region. Effective April 1, 2026, we transition into a strengthened underwriting and administrative organisation with our partner Morgan White International, with underwriting capacity arranged by Corsiam.
“Our objectives are clear – stronger coverage, smarter structure, long-term sustainability.”
