Jamaica’s sole cigarette company, Carreras is on the move again.
Effective November 11, 2024, the company will be relocating its Corporate Office at 13A Ripon Road, Kingston 5 and its Sales and Distribution Office at 35 Hagley Park Road to its new headquarters.
This will be at 8 Automotive Parkway, Kingston 20. Carreras moved to its current location at Ripon Road in February 2015 from its longtime head office at Twickenham Park, Spanish Town, which also housed its Sales Depot.
The move is said to be strategic with much benefits of scale accruing in that the new building will house both the corporate office and the sale and distribution centre, as it was in the case at Twickenham Park.
