Real estate brokerage Century 21 has entered into a new partnership with Creative Building Finishes.

This collaboration is set to transform the real estate and home improvement sectors, offering exclusive benefits to Century 21 clients and realtors alike, and reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation and service excellence.

Through the partnership, Creative Building Finishes will provide C21 clients with unique advantages such as a 10 per cent off voucher for purchases from Creative Building Finishes upon the closure of any sale or rental property.

Every client that closes on a property sale, whether it’s a new property or one that needs renovation, will receive a certificate for 10 per cent off tiles. The certificate will include an authorised signature, the agent’s name, and the client’s name, and will be numbered for tracking purposes. This ensures that the discount can be easily managed and verified, providing a seamless experience for clients. The certificate can be used for any property, including rental properties, making it a versatile benefit for all C21 clients.

C21 agents will also benefit from this strategic partnership, earning a percentage from the sale of CBF products purchased using the client voucher in a kickback initiative designed to incentivise agents.

Collet Kirkcaldy, general manager of Century21 commented on the partnership stating, “We are thrilled to announce this partnership with Creative Building Finishes, which perfectly aligns with our mission to provide exceptional value to our clients and support our dedicated agents. This collaboration not only enhances the home-buying and renting experience for our clients by offering exclusive discounts on high-quality building materials but also creates additional earning opportunities for our realtors. At Century 21, we are committed to innovation and excellence, and this partnership is a significant step forward in our strategic growth and service enhancement.”

The announcement was made at the brokerage’s monthly sales meeting held at the Liguanea Club in New Kingston, where agents were also treated to a special self-defence session led by Master Arthur Barrows and Aneeke Brown of Ultimate Taekwondo Jamaica.

“Our agents are the backbone of our business, and their safety is our top priority,”  said Jordan Chin, executive chairman of Century 21, “The nature of real estate work often requires these agents to meet new clients, sometimes in unfamiliar environments, so to ensure our agents feel confident and secure in their professional interactions, we partnered with Ultimate Taekwondo Jamaica to teach them the basics of self-defense and situational awareness.”
