Challenges with NHT mobile and online? Use the website

The National Housing Trust (NHT) has indicated its awareness of challenges to access services on the NHT mobile app and NHT Online platform.

“This is impacting the delivery of services such as making applications for contributions refund and eligibility letters,” it outlined in a notice before advising customers how to proceed.

The statutory entity reminded contributors and customers, the entity that they can continue using he NHT’s website at www.nht.gov.jm to apply for contribution refunds and any other transactions. It further noted that the application process via the website is running smoothly.

“Our teams are working on the issue and we hope to have the matter resolved in the shortest possible time. We apologise for the inconvenience caused,” NHT explained.

“We will provide an update as soon as the matter is resolved,” it concluded the release.
