West Indies Home Contractors Limited (WIHCON) officially launched its newest residential development, Chester Creek, on Tuesday at Westchester Drive in Portmore, marking another milestone in the company’s longstanding commitment to building quality communities across Jamaica.

The launch ceremony, held at the development site in Westchester, Portmore, brought together government leaders, private sector partners and prospective homeowners.

The feature address was delivered by the Prime Minister Dr Andrew Holness, who highlighted the importance of housing development and strong public-private partnerships in expanding access to homeownership for Jamaicans.

Chester Creek represents the next phase of WIHCON’s legacy of community development in Portmore, offering thoughtfully designed homes for first-time buyers and investors seeking quality housing options in one of Jamaica’s fastest-growing municipalities.

The development will feature 326 units over multiple phases, with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with room to expand and modern amenities designed to support comfortable family living and long-term value.
