CIBC Caribbean rewarded one Visa Credit cardholder and one Visa Debit cardholder for making purchases of US$100 or more during The Joy of Giving promotion.

Dwight Dacosta and David Wills are celebrating after each winning US$2,500 each from a prize draw. Both cardholders who used their CIBC Caribbean Visa Credit or Visa Debit Card during the promotion period from December 6, 2024, to January 10th, 2025.

The promotion offered cardholders an exciting opportunity to turn their everyday purchases into a chance to win big.

Commenting on the prize presentation, Owen Francis, director of Personal & Business Banking Channels at CIBC Caribbean, stated, “At CIBC Caribbean, we are always looking for ways to reward our valued customers. One of the lucky winners, Dwight Dacosta, shared his excitement about the win and his long-standing relationship with the bank.

“I’m 54 years old, and I have been with CIBC Caribbean since I was 10. I remember signing up while I was in primary school, and I’ve been exclusively with this bank ever since,” he said.

David Wills, the other winner, also expressed his gratitude, stating, “Winning this prize was such a wonderful surprise. I use my CIBC Caribbean Visa card all the time, and I never imagined it would lead to something like this!”
