The Jamaica Auto Show 2025 shifted into high gear last weekend with a vibrant two-day showcase at the National Arena and Indoor Sports Complex.
Themed “Explore. Dream. Drive.”, the event lived up to expectations, delivering a dynamic mix of cutting-edge vehicle technology, electric mobility, interactive exhibits, family-friendly activities—and a standout presence by proud sponsor, CIBC Caribbean.
Among the highlights at the CIBC Caribbean booth was an exclusive auto loan package with attractive interest rates that featured 100 per cent financing for up to 10 years. The bank’s team was on-site to provide financial guidance and facilitate loan applications, ensuring that prospective buyers could take immediate steps toward vehicle ownership.
Horace Watson, product owner at CIBC Caribbean, said the bank’s participation was rooted in its ongoing commitment to supporting customers’ ambitions. He noted that for many, a vehicle represents more than just mobility; it symbolises progress and opportunity.

“We are happy to support an event that reflects innovation, choice, and value in the automotive space,” Watson said. “At CIBC Caribbean, we are dedicated to helping Jamaicans achieve their dream of owning a vehicle. Through flexible financing options, ease of process, and a knowledgeable team, we are here to walk with our customers every mile of the way—making their ambitions real.”
Watson also emphasised the importance of partnerships in delivering impactful experiences. “Part of what enriches our presence in the communities we serve is the strength of the relationships we build; not only with our clients, but also with key partners. We’re especially pleased to stand alongside a wide variety of auto dealers at this year’s show, each offering something to meet every budget and lifestyle.”
Visitors to the CIBC Caribbean booth enjoyed more than just financial support. The space boasted interactive games, engaging giveaways, and personalised consultations. In celebration of Mother’s Day, the bank also raffled special gift baskets to mothers in attendance, adding a heartfelt touch to the weekend festivities.

CIBC Caribbean brand ambassador Neville Bell asked visitors a simple question: “What’s your dream car?”
The responses sparked smiles, laughter, and aspiration—all aligned with the bank’s broader mission of turning dreams into reality through smart financial solutions. Bell helped draw the connection between imagination and possibility, emphasising how CIBC Caribbean is empowering people to make their goals real through accessible and flexible auto loan offerings.
Renee Whitehorne, marketing manager at CIBC Caribbean and a proud mother herself, said the Mother’s Day gesture was part of the bank’s commitment to creating meaningful moments.
“As a mother, I know how much the small gestures matter. Recognising moms at the auto show was our way of saying thank you for their strength, sacrifices, and endless love. At CIBC Caribbean, we believe in celebrating people, not just products, and that includes honouring the incredible women who keep families moving forward every day.”
The Jamaica Auto Show 2025 established its reputation as the island’s premier automotive event, combining commerce, community, and celebration under one roof.

As the engines cool down from a successful weekend, customers and attendees leave with more than memories—they leave with real opportunities to drive forward.
