Convicted member of the Clansman One-Don Gang, Tomrick Taylor, was today sentenced to nine and a half years for being a part of a criminal organisation.

Chief Justice Bryan Sykes handed down the sentence today, October 2, in the Supreme Court.

Moving from a starting sentence of 17 years, in handing down the sentence the chief justice took into consideration the fact that Taylor had been in custody for five and a half years, which resulted in a reduction in his sentence.

Another two years were also deducted from Taylor’s because he had no previous convictions.

The remaining 14 members of the Clansman One-Don Gang, including gang leader Andre ‘Blackman’ Bryan, are set to know their fate by tomorrow.
