Clarendon man reportedly hacks three family members to death

The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) is investigating a triple murder which occurred in the Frazersfield area of Rocky Point, Clarendon, on Thursday night.

Preliminary reports indicate that at about 9:10 pm, the police were alerted to an incident at a residence in the community. On their arrival, three persons were found with chop wounds and were later pronounced dead at the scene.

The deceased have been identified as Lynval Henry, 32, a fisherman of Frazersfield, Rocky Point; Annette Lindo, a domestic helper and vendor of the same address; and Ingrid Keisha Lindo, a vendor of West End, Rocky Point, Clarendon.

A male relative was taken into custody shortly after the incident and is assisting investigators. No charges have been laid at this time.

The JCF has launched a full investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident and is continuing enquiries to establish the sequence of events that led to the deaths.

The Jamaica Constabulary Force expressed condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased.
