Coke-Lloyd to deliver first ever commencement speech at Pan-African Leadership Institute in Ghana

Dr Jacqueline Coke Lloyd, managing director at Make Your Mark, is set to deliver the commencement speech at the maiden graduation ceremony of the Pan-African Leadership Institute (PALI) in Ghana. 

This comes at the invitation of Dr Kofi Osei-Kusi, president and co-founder of the Institute. The virtual ceremony, which will be held on July 24 at 12 pm via the Zoom platform, will highlight over 40 graduands from countries in Africa, Europe, and North America.

In response to the invitation Coke Lloyd said: “I am humbled to have been asked to be the guest speaker at this first cohort of graduates of the Pan-African Leadership Institute. We share the vision and mandate of Dr Kofi Osei-Kusi and his team who continue to prepare servant and transformational leaders across the African continent. At Make Your Mark we believe in the power and influence of purpose driven leadership which can transform families, private and public sector organisations, communities and our nation.”

INSTITUTE AIMED AT ASSISTING INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESSES EXCEED POTENTIAL

Speaking on the theme ‘The Dynamic Corporate Leadership Professional’, Coke Lloyd will address graduates from a wide range of professions including medical officers, senior politicians, bankers, among others. The institute, which was established in June 2020, is a non-profit organisation aimed developing and preparing leaders for service in a global Pan-African Society.

Having recently completed her doctorate in transformational leadership, Coke Lloyd serves as managing director at Make Your Mark, an organisational and people development institution which aims to assist individuals and businesses in exceeding their potential through systematic change in the areas deemed most important.

She is known for leading transformation through conferences for middle managers, productivity and continuous improvement and initiatives such as Leadership Made Simple, MYM-her, MYM-HIM, and the Young Entrepreneurs Association.
