Sagicor Group has announced the appointment of attorney, Dr Sharma Taylor as its new company secretary, as well as the company secretary of its subsidiaries.
The appointment took effect last Wednesday (February 1).
Taylor succeeds Janice Grant-Taffe, who retired from the position, effective January 31.
Taylor has also been confirmed as the new company secretary of Sagicor Select Funds Limited, effective February 1. She also succeeds Grant-Taffe, who retired from the position, effective January 31, 2023.
