Prime Minister Andrew Holness has congratulated Donald Trump on his massive win over Kamala Harris to regain the presidency of the United States on Tuesday.
“Congratulations President Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump, on your election as the 47th President of the United States of America,” Holness tweeted on the X social media platform.
“Jamaica remains committed to strengthening our close and enduring partnership with the United States and looks forward to advancing the goals of growth, stability, and prosperity for our people.”

The republican Trump turned the US map red, winning both the popular vote (over 71 million to Harris’ 66 million at last count) and the Electoral College vote to capture the presidency.
