Pulse Director Emerita Appointment

Lifestyle and entertainment company Pulse has appointed Lois Cecelia Sherwood as its first Director Emerita. This appointment took effect on Monday, November 15, 2021.

As director Emerita, Sherwood would no longer be a voting member of the board, but will be at liberty to attend and participate in board meetings, annual general meetings and other official functions of Pulse Investments Ltd.
