Corporate Movements | Christopher Levy takes over JBG American operations from his brother Stephen

Jamaica Broilers Group (JBG) President Christopher Levy is now overseeing the group’s American operations.

This is as a result of the departure of his brother, Stephen Levy, who has also resigned from the Board of Directors, effective May 3, 2025. The younger brother, Stephen, has been with JBG since August 2002. 

He has held various management and executive positions with the group culminating with his most recent position as president of JBG US operations, where he built annual revenues from US$10 million to over US$250 million.

The JBG president will oversee the company’s US operations during this transitional period. As younger Levy departs to pursue other opportunities, the management and group, “pray god’s blessing upon him and his family”.  

Spur Tree Spices Company Secretary resigns

The Board of Directors of Spur Tree Spices Jamaica Limited (Spur Tree Spices) have given notice of the resignation of Ruth Josephs as company secretary, effective March 3, 2025.

In the meantime, the Board has appointed CUBE Corporate Support Limited, to serve as the new Company Secretary as from March 3, 2025.

Stanley Motta resignation

Stanley Motta Limited is announcing the resignation of Andrea Kinach as a Director of the Board and a Member of its Audit Committee. In the meantime, Jacquelin Watson has been appointed to replace Kinach on the board and its Audit Committee.
