Image Plus Consultants is announcing the appointment of deputy company chairman in keeping with good governance and a proactive approach to succession planning.
As such, Dr Steven Lewis has been appointed the new deputy chairman, effective November 1, 2024. Prior to this Dr Lewis was an executive director on the Board.
Dr Lewis is a consultant radiologist who graduated from UWI in 1994 with an MBBS degree. He completed his DM in Radiology in 2003, including a one-year elective in the United Kingdom with a special emphasis on paediatric imaging.
His experience includes three years in the Radiology Department at the Kingston Public Hospital and over 13 years with IPCL. “We thank Dr Lewis for taking on these additional responsibilities and look forward to his continued valuable contribution to Image Plus,” the organisation said.
ISP Finance appoints new Independent Director
ISP Services Limited has announced that Mary-Angela Robertson has been appointed as an independent director of the company.
Her appointment took effect on October 1, 2024.
Professor Donna Hope new Vice President at Caribbean Studies Association
Established Jamaican-born cultural historian Professor Donna Hope is the new vice president at Caribbean Studies Association, an independent professional organisation devoted to the promotion of Caribbean studies from a multidisciplinary, multicultural point of view.
It is the primary association for scholars and practitioners working in the Caribbean Region (including Central America and the Caribbean Coast of South America). Professor Hope is the first Professor of Culture, Gender & Society at the University of the West Indies, Mona campus.
