Corporate Movements | NCB Financial, Atlantic Hardware and CAB effect executive changes

In Corporate Movements this week, NCB Financial Group has appointed Trinidadian Dominic Rampersad to its board of directors, effective December 4. 

Rampersad brings over 30 years of expertise in finance, operations and strategic leadership. He currently serves on the Board of Guardian Holdings Limited and several of its subsidiaries. Previously, he held the position of president at Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited in Trinidad and Tobago for more than a decade, before retiring in November 2025. 

Rampersad is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree with merit from the Oxford Institute of International Finance.

New chairman at Atlantic Hardware & Plumbing Company

Chairman PB Scott.

The board of directors of Atlantic Hardware & Plumbing Company advised of the departure of chairman PB Scott and the appointment of his replacement, Alexander Marston. 

Scott resigned as chairman of the Board on December 1, with Marston being appointed chairman, effective the same day. Scott will, however, remain as a board member. The company has thanked Scott for his exemplary leadership as chairman and wishes Alexander Marston every success in his new appointment.

Kevin Donaldson resigns from CAB board

Caribbean Assurance Brokers (CAB) has announced that Kevin Donaldson has resigned from the board of directors, effective November 30. The company is thanking him for his service and contribution during his tenure and extends best wishes to him in his future endeavours.
