

In Corporate Movements this week, Supreme Ventures Limited has appointed Tanya Smith Anderson as its new senior vice president of people and corporate services.
Smith Anderson’s appointment took effect on June 2. She comes to the group with more than 20 years of experience in people management, culture and industrial relations.
Holding several senior human resource management positions, Smith Anderson has worked across numerous industries, including finance, aviation, logistics, insurance, and media.
Guardian Holdings CRO retires

Paul Traboulay, group chief risk officer at Guardian Holdings, has retired effective May 31, the company disclosed. Guardian Holdings said that Traboulay has served the group with distinction for over 19 years, “and the management and staff take this opportunity to extend sincere gratitude to him for his valuable contributions and unwavering commitment to the organisation”.
Traboulay has since been replaced by Richard Look Kin, with the appointment taking effect June 1. Management has warmly welcomed Look Kin to Guardian Group and looks forward to his leadership during this transitional period.
Resignation at Express Catering Limited
Express Catering Limited has advised that independent and non-executive director John Byles has resigned from the board of directors. His resignation took effect May 8.
Salada Foods separates with financial controller

Salada Foods Jamaica advises that it has separated from financial controller Zayous Hamilton, effective June 2. The company thanked Hamilton for his contributions and extended best wishes for his future endeavours.
Salada Foods noted that efforts are ongoing to appoint a new financial controller; however, in the interim, the key responsibilities of the role will be assumed by chief accountant Richard Thomas to ensure continuity in the company’s financial operations.
New director at First Rock
FirstRock Real Estate Investments Limited has onboarded certified public accountant Richard Surage to its board of directors to serve as an independent director.
Surage will also serve as a member of the audit committee as the First Rock group looks forward to his valuable contributions.
