Guardian Holdings Limited, the Trinidad-based insurance-led holding company, has a new chief executive officer.

He is Ian Chinapoo. His appointment takes effect on October 1, 2022.

Chinapoo has resigned from another Trinidad-based company, Massy Holdings, where he currently holds the positions of executive vice president and group chief financial officer.

He is demitting these offices effective September 30, 2022 to head Guardian Holdings Limited.

Zacca gives up chairmanship of Sagicor Real Estate X Fund

Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited (XFUND) has advised that Sagicor Group Jamaica President Christopher Zacca intends to demit office as chairman at the next board meeting to be held on July 28, 2022.

However, Zacca will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Sagicor XFUND.

KLE Group Limited board resignation

KLE Group Limited (KLE) has advised that Christopher Dehring has resigned as Director, effective May 24, 2022.

JSE board resignation

The Jamaica Stock Exchange has advisd that Dr Derrick McKoy has tendered his resignation as a director of the Board. The resignation took effect on May 19.

McKoy was in January appointed attorney general of Jamaica by Prime Minister Andrew Holness.

The JSE thanked McKoy for his service and wished him the best in his future endeavours.
