Michael Hylton
Noted corporate attorney, King’s Counsel Michael Hylton, has retired from the board of Barita Investments.
Hylton’s retirement took effect on June 30.
The chairman and members of the board expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to Hylton for his invaluable service and, in particular, for his leadership and guidance during the years of his tenure.
