In corporate movements this week…Jamaican conglomerate, Seprod Limited has announced the appointment of Mark Suomi to the Board of Directors effective January 31, 2022.

Suomi is an innovative business development leader with in-depth experience in developing effective sales and marketing strategies based on consumer insights. His areas of expertise include new business development, process improvements, mergers and acquisitions, international business management and trade marketing.

Suomi has held various senior management positions in marketing and strategic planning during his over 10-year tenure at Mondelez International. His most recent position was Sales Director – America Export. He previously worked Kraft Foods Limited, where he was Marketing Manager – Latin America Export.

New company secretary at FosRich

FosRich Company Limited advises that company secretary, Ruth Josephs has resigned effective February 1, 2022. She has been replaced by Cube Corporate Support Limited as of the same date.
