Courts Optical Jamaica on Tuesday (December 13) opened its newest branch at 11 to 13 Barnett Street in Montego Bay, St James, located inside the Courts Barnett Street Branch.
The branch boasts the most fashionable pieces in eyewear and, according to Courts Optical, will bring quality optometry and exceptional services directly to the western end of the island.
Courts Optical boasts of being the largest and fastest-growing optical chain in the Caribbean with the latest brands of frames and high quality of lenses.
There are now 12 locations in Jamaica with the opening of the new Barnett Street location. The first two locations were opened at the Cross Roads and Constant Spring branches in Kingston and St Andrew over a decade ago.
Branch Manager Tessa Faulkner-Wilson said customers at the new location would benefit from the advantage of being able to pay for their glasses or contact lenses while they have them.
Eye care and eye health, she said, has been made more affordable by spreading payments into manageable portions up to 24 months.
Courts Optical also offers warranty on products which gives customers added peace of mind.
“Courts Optical Barnett Street will bring the convenience and ease of doing business with the brand directly to our clients that need it the most. This is value you can see,” Faulkner-Wilson said.
“We have a range of quality lenses that will allow our customers to get the best lens for their needs. The lenses are uniquely designed, with anti-reflective and Blubloc coating to suit everyone, especially for protection against harmful blue light, glare, UVA, and UVB rays.”
Courts Optical carries a wide selection of designer frames including Ray Ban, Armani Exchange, Converse, New Balance, Pepe Jeans, Revlon, Polo, Toscana, Ted Baker and Ralph Lauren. Stores are located at King Street, Cross Roads, Constant Spring, Portmore, Spanish Town (Oasis), May Pen, Mandeville, Santa Cruz, Sav La Mar, Bogue and Ocho Rios.
Simone Mahabeer, brand manager for Unicomer Jamaica Limited, said they have sustained the growth of the Courts Optical brand by always seeking out ways to improve customer relations.
“Courts Optical Barnett Street brings affordable eye care to the heart of the second city. The store is within walking distance from a number of key stops and so it is always for us to meet our customers in a space that is convenient to them,” Mahabeer said.
“As with all locations, Courts Optical Barnett Street customers are assured quality interactions, excellent service, detailed health care and value with every transaction,” she added.
