
Caribbean Producers Jamaica (CPJ), a subsidiary of Trinidad-based A.S. Bryden & Sons Holdings, has announced changes to its board of directors with the appointment of two new directors and the resignation of another.
The company is advising of the appointment of Rob Van Den Blink and Carlos Moleón, as independent directors, effective February 10.
These appointments are part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the leadership and governance of CPJ, ensuring continued growth and success in the years ahead.
The newly appointed directors bring a wealth of experience and expertise that will further enhance the company’s strategic direction and overall performance. CPJ also advises of the resignation of Ronald Schrager from the board of directors, effective January 24.
Following his resignation from the board, Schrager has also relinquished his positions as a member of the audit and compensation committees, effective January 24.
CPJ expressed its gratitude to Schrager for his significant contributions, unwavering support and exceptional leadership during his time as a board member and wished him all the best in his future endeavours.
