Supporters of the People’s National Party (PNP) showed out in the thousands at Cross Roads last Saturday (August 16), as the opposition readies for what its leaders say is a ‘long-overdue’ return to power.

In what is shaping up to be a testy September 3 general election, orange-clad comrades inundated Cross Roads, St Andrew, as the party’s campaign slogan ‘time come’ reverberated in the area.

On the scene, the meeting echoed a massive block party, as Our Today observed uninhibited jubilation.
