Speaking with Our Today, CHRP founder Rochelle James said, “At CSHRP, we are committed to fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence in HR practices in the Caribbean. Through our annual LOUD conference, our magazine, webinars and the #PayPulse Salary Survey, we have long been sharing the news that we are doing HR right.”

HR professionals are the centerpiece for the caring arm of our society. We care and take care of people in the most critical way possible- their livelihood. We help employ your son and promise a safe environment for him to work. We employ your mother and ensure she doesn’t have to worry about her salary while she was pregnant with you. We have to take care of the people who hold our economy and country together. Good HR practices protect our society and our people.

The recognition comes as the CSHRP prepares to host LOUD 24, its annual regional HR two-day conference under the theme, “Every Artist Has a Story” beginning on May 9 at the Spanish Court Hotel in Kingston.
