NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has announced the promotion of Dave Garcia to the position of group general counsel and chief administrative officer.

The appointment is effective today, January 8. In this expanded capacity, Garcia will retain his current duties as Group General Counsel and Corporate Secretary while assuming enhanced responsibilities to strengthen group-wide coordination, governance and execution.

In addition, he will lead strategic and enterprise-wide initiatives sponsored by the office of the NCBFG group CEO.
