American singer and actress Demi Lovato has revealed her desire to become a mom.

The This Is Me singer, who was appearing #1 podcast The Joe Rogan Experience last Sunday (March 28), identifies as pansexual and is uncertain who she’ll settle down with, so is considering adoption the only way she might have a child.

“In this moment, I want to adopt children for sure,” Lovato told podcast host Joe Rogan.

“I also don’t know if I’m going to end up with a guy, so I can’t really see myself even getting pregnant.”

When Rogan asked Lovato to shed more light on her pansexuality, and on
whether she is attracted to both men and women, the singer said that, as a pansexual, she is interested in “anything, really”.

Said Lovato: “I’m so fluid now, and a part of the reason why I am so fluid is because I was super closeted off.”

She added: “I’m part of the alphabet mafia and proud. Why can’t we just say queer, y’all? Nah, I’m just kidding.”

Lovato further revealed that, prior to breaking off her engagement to ex-fiancé Max Ehrich in 2020, she thought she might have become pregnant this year.

Lovato has been struggling with numerous social pressures that affected her mental state, so, instead of dwelling on what could have been for her and Ehrich, she says she has embraced the fact that her life is no longer following any specific plan.

“I was engaged to a man last year. I totally thought I’d be married, maybe pregnant right now, and that’s not the case,” she said.

“So, I’ve just stopped kind of attaching myself… . I know that my life is not going according to my plan”.

Demi has decided to start a new life journey and her supporters and fans all over are all for it!
