Detox Time! Here are some options after the Christmas food binge

After the Christmas season’s indulgent meals, natural remedies can help cleanse the body restore balance and get you energized for the New Year!

These simple, effective methods promote detoxification and improve overall well-being. Now, they may not all taste great, but that’s what Christmas dinner was for!

1. Warm Lemon Water

Drinking a glass of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice in the morning can stimulate digestion and support liver detoxification.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar
