A respected Caribbean leader, Garvin began his career at Digicel in its early years, contributing to the development of the company’s pioneering telecom and fibre networks across the region. In his most recent role as CEO of Caribbean Airlines, Garvin led a complex transformation that delivered operational profitability, digital modernisation, and a renewed customer focus. His leadership balanced performance with purpose, a philosophy that aligns seamlessly with Digicel’s ambition to elevate customer experience across every market we serve.

Garvin’s time as Chairman of the Digicel Foundation in Trinidad & Tobago helped shape his commitment to meaningful community connection.
