Six-time Grammy Award Winner Dionne Warwick landed at the Ian Fleming Airport on Friday, along with her band members, her son and other members of her entourage.
She was whisked away in a stretch limousine so she can be fully rested for her performance tonight at the Plantation Cove in St. Ann at the Coveside Concert.
Dionne Warwick was discovered by Burt Bacharach and Hal David in 1961 and went on to record 18 consecutive Top 100 singles and received her first Grammy in 1968.
Tonight’s show also features Jamaica’s First Lady of Jazz, Myrna Hague, Marcia Griffiths and Duane Stephenson.
