At the competition, the University of Technology’s (UTech) best, brightest and most promising young chefs and mixologists went head-to-head for the chance to win a scholarship and exciting prizes.

Finalising student Nashjua-Kaye Johnson was all smiles.

The judges included Celeste Gordon, renowned culinary consultant for Jamaica Food and Drink; Courtney Bailey, chef technologist and UTech lecturer, and influencer Kristia Franklin.
