The Ministry of Education is today (July 18) advising parents and guardians that its regional offices, as well as newly established helplines, will be taking calls should they need help to access and print their child’s Primary Exit Profile (PEP) 2021 results.

The ministry, in a bulletin on Sunday, said parents and guardians can call the ‘Educate Jamaica’ helplines at 888-EDU-CATE (888-338-2283) or 888-SCH-TIME (888-724-8463) for any queries or concerns.

Schools requesting assistance with technical support may contact the ministry’s help desk via email at: [email protected] or [email protected]

Schools may also utilise the 888-EDU-CATE and 888-SCH-TIME helplines, as well as the ministry’s 876-618-3730, 618-6706 and 618-6713 landline contacts.

In its advisory, the Education Ministry indicated that schools should make use of the Instant Message (IM) chat portal from its website on Mondays to Fridays between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The ministry warned, however, that to ensure that anti-coronavirus (COVID-19) protocols are observed, caps will be imposed on the number of persons entering its offices, should there be a high volume of people.

Nevertheless, parents are encouraged to submit their queries via email to [email protected] or call the regional directors at the following numbers:
