Elite Diagnostic has announced certain changes to its Board of Directors, effective September 15, 2023.

Stephen Ricketts has been appointed to the board and will serve as a member of its Audit Committee. In fact Ricketts will assume the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee replacing William Mahfood, who resigned as Chairman.

However, Mahfood remains a member of the Committee. Cube Corporate Support Limited, a Licensed Corporate Services Provider has been appointed as Corporate Secretary.

The board met and approved resolutions effecting these changes. Ricketts is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty-five years’ professional experience. 

He is the currently the Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Operating Officer at NCB Capital Markets Limited. Ricketts is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ). 

He holds an MBA from the Manchester Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies and Accounting from the University of the West Indies. Ricketts also holds an Associate Degree in Small Business Management from Northcentral Technical College in Wisconsin, USA. 

He has extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and is experienced in Financial Reporting, Planning and Forecasting, Managing Statutory Audits, Internal Control Review and Strategic Financial Analyses.
