Tesla’s CEO and business mogul Elon Musk is asking X account holders to use his AI Chatbot Grok which is exclusively available on the platform.

Grok was launched on November 4, 2023, by xAI (an American startup company working in the area of artificial intelligence (AI). Founded by Elon Musk ) with a mission “to build maximally truth-seeking AI”.

In their About section, Grok is described as “a company working on building artificial intelligence to accelerate human scientific discovery. We are guided by our mission to advance our collective understanding of the universe.”

To find and use Grok, you would first have to be an X user. The Chatbot button can be found below the message button. It is structured much like Chatgpt where you enter a prompt or question and receive answers via Artificial Intelligence.

Musk explains that Grok has a “sense of humour”.

“Try Grok for answering any question, creating any images and analyzing any images, even medical scans! It’s by far the best at answers requiring the latest information, due to integration with X. You’ll be surprised at how much Grok can do and it only gets better from here!” Musk posted.

Grok emerged amid growing concerns about ChatGPT, Bard, and other AI chat tools being criticized for biased responses and offering repetitive, dull, and overly lengthy answers. Musk aims to prioritize accuracy, provide helpful insights, and acknowledge the limitations of the knowledge base, rather than substituting with misleading information.
