Increasingly popular Kingston-based cannabis chill spot, Epican Tapas Bar and Deck, came alive on Wednesday (September 7) with the exclusive launch party for Aidonia’s new strain called ‘Banga Kush’.
The event was flocked by social influencers, producers, DJs and upcoming artistes from Aidonia’s ‘4th Genna’ camp. It was an evening of dancehall bliss, vibes, cannabis and spirits.
Aidonia has been the brand ambassador for Epican Medicinals Limited since 2018 and has since formed a successful partnership, which he refers to as a “family”.
The deejay shared that his strain is a strong variant and is not for ‘new smokers’.
“Epican saw something different in me and it’s a family… My strain is a strong strain and that’s the vibe we love. Because my life is all about music and being creative and marijuana is essential to my creative process,” he explained.
‘Banga Kush’ is an Epican-Aidonia exclusive Sativa-dominant hybrid strain engineered for maximum kick, performance and creative drive.
It was grown with the most exacting of standards; this proprietary strain is described by Epican as its personal “homage to dancehall music and culture”.
This strain helps to relieve body pains and headaches and boosts positivity and creativity.
The dancehall artiste was seen sporting casual attire that seemed to match his free-spirited mood for the night.
