There have been changes to the remuneration committee of the board of Express Catering Limited (ECL).

Fresh from being appointed to remuneration committee of the board educator, Professor Andrew Spencer, has been promoted.

He has now assumed the role of chairman of this committee, which he was only appointed with effect from January 18, 2024. Professor Spencer was appointed to the ECL Board, effective January 18, 2024.

Independent, non-executive director, Charmaine Maragh has also been appointed to Remuneration Committee. Like Professor Andrew, her appointment took effect on January 18, 2024.

Maragh is a distinguished entrepreneur, astute businesswoman, and dedicated philanthropist. Since January 2021, she has assumed the role of Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at the Lannaman & Morris Shipping Group.
