Jamaica’s vibrant film season continues with an exclusive creative business networking event featuring Nadean Rawlins, award-winning filmmaker and President of the Jamaica Film and Television Association (JAFTA), and David Mullings, Jamaican investor, philanthropist, and CEO of Blue Mahoe Capital.

This dynamic meetup brings together key voices in the Jamaican film industry to explore the intersection of film production and investment. From masterclass-style insights to bold conversations about funding, the evening promises powerful exchanges and practical guidance for local filmmakers and creatives.

• Spotlight on Investment with David Mullings: What makes a film investment-worthy, the investor’s perspective, and advice for creatives pitching projects.
• Live Q&A: A moderated panel discussion followed by audience interaction and networking over drinks and entertainment.
• Film Screening:  16 indie films and 2 trailers will be screened at the event

This event builds on the energy of recent festivals like GATTFEST, JAFTA’s Shotlist, Black River Film Festival, and Artwalk, and is part of a larger push to connect Jamaican storytelling with sustainable funding and global reach.
