A delighted O. Brown from central Jamaica is the newest Lotto millionaire!

The lucky player claimed his winnings of $63 Million after hitting the jackpot in February with the numbers 02, 11, 13, 14, 15, 28.

The winning ticket was bought from Flat’s Food Mart in Manchester.

“I’ve been buying Lotto for years and I never doubted that one day I would win. When I checked my ticket and saw that my numbers matched the draw, I shouted for joy,” said an ecstatic Brown.

“My children were my first thought when I think about what to do with the money. I’m going to make sure I set them up for the future. I’ve worked all my life and set up myself, I want to help them now”, said Brown.
