Most Carnival beauty businesses can only be in one place at a time.

This summer, Carnival Glam Hub proved that it doesn’t have to be that way.

Over three consecutive weekends, the women-led Carnival beauty company delivered makeup, hair, photoshoots and Carnival morning services across Saint Lucia, Antigua, Barbados, Toronto and Grenada, serving more than 300 masqueraders while creating earning opportunities for over 60 women throughout the region.

The achievement is significant because three of those Carnivals, Antigua Carnival, Crop Over in Barbados and Toronto’s Caribana, all take place on the same weekend. For most beauty businesses, that means choosing one destination and turning away opportunities elsewhere. Carnival Glam Hub has spent the past nine years building the systems, partnerships and operational structure needed to deliver the same standard of service across multiple territories at the same time.

Since launching in 2017, Carnival Glam Hub has now served more than 15,000 masqueraders, growing from a single Carnival operation into a regional network trusted by travellers from the Caribbean, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

“Our goal was never to become the biggest makeup company,” said Gabrielle Waite, Cofounder of Carnival Glam Hub. “We wanted to build something dependable. When someone books Glam Hub, whether it’s in Saint Lucia, Barbados or Grenada, they should know exactly what kind of experience they’re going to receive.”

That consistency is built on far more than talented makeup artists.

For the 2026 summer Carnival season, Caribbean Beauties led operations in both Saint Lucia and Antigua. Angel Cumberbatch, Carnival Glam Hub’s Quality Assurance Director, oversaw the Barbados operation and quality standards, while Kayla Martone managed Toronto’s Caribana team. In Grenada, Carnival Glam Hub partnered with ORO Luxe Carnival, with operations again delivered by the Caribbean Beauties team.

Each territory followed the same operating procedures, quality standards and customer experience that have become synonymous with the Glam Hub brand.

The result was a seamless operation across five destinations, allowing masqueraders to access makeup, hair, getting dressed assistance, professional photoshoots and Carnival morning support through one trusted brand.

Beyond serving clients, the season also created meaningful employment.

More than 60 women worked across the five territories as makeup artists, hairstylists, photographers, dressing assistants, seamstresses, administrators and operational support staff. For many, Carnival season provides an important source of income, and every new Glam Hub territory creates opportunities for local beauty professionals to earn during one of the busiest periods of the year.

“We’ve always believed Carnival should create opportunities for the communities that make it special,” Waite added. “Every time we expand into a new destination, we aren’t just opening bookings. We’re partnering with local professionals, creating jobs and building businesses alongside them.”

As Carnival Glam Hub continues to expand through strategic partnerships and franchises, the company believes its greatest achievement isn’t the number of faces it glams, but the infrastructure it has built behind the scenes.

With quality assurance systems, operational playbooks and experienced local partners now in place across multiple territories, Carnival Glam Hub has positioned itself to continue growing while maintaining the same customer experience that has helped the brand earn the trust of more than 15,000 masqueraders since 2017.

As preparations begin for Trinidad Carnival 2027 and the next Carnival season across the region, the company says this summer marks an important milestone, not because it worked in five territories, but because it proved a Caribbean business can scale across borders without compromising quality or the customer experience.
