Flow bids farewell to 2 respected managers at special retirement ceremony

Flow Jamaica recently hosted a retirement event for Opal Neil, former Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs and Juliet Best, former Manager Regulatory Compliance. These two former members of the Legal and Regulatory team dedicated many years of expertise and guidance to the company and its affiliate, Cable & Wireless Communications.

The event was held at the Grogge Shop, Devon House and was also attended by Sebastian Kaplan – Vice President, Government Affairs; Sola Hines – Director, Legal Affairs Caribbean, and Charles Douglas – Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs.

Neil, a trained economist, began her journey with Cable & Wireless in 1992 while Bes joined the team at Cable and Wireless Barbados in 1999.
