Integrated telecoms operator Flow will be going up against new players in the Jamaican telecoms space with Rock Communications recently being given the green light with a licence approval.
It now appears that the Bruce Bowen-led venture will be the third mobile player in Jamaica, having been awarded the 700MHZ spectrum licence that was recently auctioned.
