Flow has significantly increased the data allowances for prepaid customers following the launch of its newly revamped prepaid mobile data, talk and text plans.
The plans now provide one large pool of any-use data for customers versus specific data allocation for particular social media apps.
“This move gives our customers greater flexibility and options while still enjoying the best value and most competitive pricing in the marketplace,” said Dwight Williams, Flow’s Commercial Director, Mobile. Flow’s prepaid plans also offer anywhere local calls and texts and an allocation of minutes for overseas calling to the United States.
Williams further noted that despite marginal increases on its plans, which became effective on January 15, “they remain the most affordable in the market while offering sufficient data to meet our customers’ evolving needs and lifestyle”.

In addition, Flow prepaid customers will continue to enjoy unique benefits such as discounted plan prices and Flow Lend through its Top Up Flow App. With the Flow Lend service, customers can borrow credit from Flow which they repay at a later date. The Top Up Flow App is available to both Android and iPhone smartphone users in their respective app stores.
The telecoms company, known for its feature-rich prepaid plans and market-leading pricing, has been steadily increasing its market share in the mobile sector.
Looking ahead, Williams noted that the company will be actively conducting upgrades in 2025 to its mobile network with a view to offering increased browsing speeds and data capabilities to its customers. He also added that it remains committed to customer value and affordability.
