Flow has reimagined its Carlton flagship store ushering in a new chapter in customer engagement and efficiency in customer service. Since Reopening late last year, the transformation is not only aesthetic with state-of-the-art technology, but crafts an environment that enhances seamless service, exemplifying Flow’s care for its customers.
During a recent visit, Our Today had the opportunity to interview the Store Manager Rico Mills and the Public Relations Manager, LeVaughn Flynn who shared their excitement about the changes. They emphasized how customer feedback assists in shaping the new design and services. As we toured the bustling store, it was clear that the sleek, modern layout was designed with the customer in mind.

“The renovations made to the store, it is modern, friendly, It allows our flow team to be more efficient in serving customers, which of course allows our customers to get to the store more quickly and perform better,” said Flynn. “One of the main reasons… the renovation of this store is part of a broader project that we have, a broader movement that we have. We want to be loyal to you. Essentially, we’re showing more love to our customers and the experience that we provide in the stores is a big part of that experience we create.”
Flynn noted that Flow’s Customer Loyalty Movement focuses on making customers feel valued and appreciated.
Recently, Flow launched a special offer that attracted long-time customers, some with the company for nearly 30 years. For every customer with a post-paid mobile plan linked to their home internet, Flow offers supermarket gift cards of JMD 20,000 and JMD 30, 000.
“These rewards are our way of saying thank you for their loyalty,” he noted.

Among the standout features are self-service kiosks and the innovative Q-Trac system, both aimed at streamlining interactions and minimizing wait times. The manager pointed out how these enhancements make accessing services quicker and more convenient, ensuring that every visitor leaves satisfied. The atmosphere was lively, with staff actively engaging with customers and demonstrating the new technology, making it a truly interactive experience.
Flow’s investment in the Carlton store is part of their mission to modernize infrastructure and elevate service delivery throughout the Caribbean and Latin America.

Mills observed that customer feedback has been positive regarding the improved “seamlessness” of service interactions. He also highlighted Flow’s devotion to providing regular staff training, ensuring they stay informed about company products and are well-prepared to assist customers effectively.
The revitalized Carlton store stands as a representation of Flow’s efforts to innovate, digitize and streamline customer care.
This flagship location sets a new benchmark for retail experiences in the region, offering a glimpse into the future of customer service in our increasingly digital world.
