Ace Jamaican sprinter Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce continues to build on her impressive form with a sporty 10.67 seconds to win the women’s 100m at the Wanda Diamond League in Paris on Saturday (June 18).
Fraser-Pryce, running in lane five, shattered compatriot Elaine Thompson-Herah’s 10.72s meet record in the French capital set in August 2021.
The time also equals the Pocket Rocket’s May 2022 season opener in Nairobi, Kenya.
British athlete Daryll Neita claimed second in a season’s best time of 10.99s, while third place went to Ivorian Marie-Josée Ta Lou (11.01s)
