After a hard-fought Jamaica Premier League (JPL) season, players and management from Tivoli Gardens Football Club were treated to a well-deserved Cool Down Lyme, hosted by JN Money Services, the team’s official sponsor.

Held at the JN Fund Managers rooftop in New Kingston, the gathering brought together good food, great vibes, reflection, and celebration to close the season on a high.

The event offered more than just an end-of-season celebration; it served as a space to recognise the team’s growth, reinforce important life skills, and foster community.

The team participated in engaging activities, including crowd-favourite games like “Finish the Lyrics”, along with uplifting messages from guest speakers Kaye Ricketts, Sales & Relationship Manager at JN Bank, who spoke on financial literacy, and Coach Vassel Reynolds of Kingston College, who emphasised the importance of good sportsmanship and discipline.

“It’s been three incredible years of supporting Tivoli Gardens FC, and each season has brought new levels of strength, growth and spirit,” said Cedrica Reid, Marketing Specialist at JN Money Services. “We love the energy and spirit of JPL, it’s vibrant, it’s passionate, and it represents the best of Jamaican culture. As a Jamaican brand, it’s important for us to be part of that. We’re not just supporting a team; we’re helping grow the culture of football in Jamaica.”

She added: “This Cool Down Lyme wasn’t just about winding down, it was about celebrating the journey, every goal, every setback, and every comeback. For us, it’s about showing up, creating experiences, and helping players build the tools they need for success, on and off the field.

“Whether it’s financial literacy, mentorship, or motivation, we’re here for it all, and we’re proud to grow with them.”

CB Foods, official protein sponsor of the JPL, brought the flavour and the vibes with their PAN Chicken and branded tokens for the team.

The support reflects CB’s ongoing commitment to initiatives that empower youth and promote community wellness.

“As proud league partners, CB Foods is here for more than match day meals and vibes,” said Samantha Fisher, Assistant Brand Manager. “We’re aligned with JN Money’s Full Time Reset, a movement that recognises footballers as whole people, not just players. We’re happy to support with PAN Chicken as we continue to spread our message that Good Food is a Good Mood.

“The players have worked hard all season, and hard work deserves to be celebrated, just like teamwork. This Cool Down Lyme is a fitting way to honour the effort and unity that went into the game, while nourishing and motivating players for the journey ahead.”

Jerome Waite, head coach of Tivoli Gardens FC, applauded both corporate entities for their unwavering support of the team. “A lot of people wrote us off this season, but the team responded with heart and hustle,” said Waite. “We went on a 12-match unbeaten run and proved what belief and teamwork can do.

“Events like this show the players that their effort is valued, not just by their fans, but by companies that care about their growth. To see both JN Money and CB Foods come together to show appreciation means a lot to us. It’s more than just sponsorship, it’s genuine support. We’re thankful, and we’re ready to come back even stronger.”
