Gatorade supported the Best Dressed Chicken ‘Everyone’s a Winner’ 3K and 5K race on Father’s Day at the Hope Botanical Gardens in St Andrew as the hydration sponsor.
As the sponsor, Gatorade provided complimentary drinks to all participants crossing the finish line.
This year’s race was particularly meaningful as it featured visually impaired participants, including Senator Floyd Morris, and raised funds for the Jamaica Society for the Blind’s scholarship fund. Proceeds also go in support of Latoya Butler, a young Jamaican battling leukaemia.
Race director Alfred ‘Frano’ Francis emphasised the mission to aid sight-challenged students.

“The Best Dressed Chicken ‘Everyone’s a Winner’ race is more than just a race; it’s about coming together to support those in need,” said Francis.
For her part, Arielle Oliver, brand manager for the Best Dressed Chicken, expressed that, “At The Best Dressed Chicken, we believe in giving back to our community. This race is a testament to our commitment to supporting worthy causes and fostering a sense of unity.”
Gatorade Jamaica brand coordinator Karonna Atkins added, “At Gatorade, we are dedicated to fueling athletes and active individuals. We were thrilled to see so many participants come out to support the cause.”
